Energy from water is supposed to be some great renewable energy source, because it comes from the tide, and that's always there, right?

WRONG. The moon affects the tides on Earth. It makes them low and high, and that makes the waves. So if we keep taking energy out of the waves, what's going to happen? The moon is going to hit the earth, because it's like we're pulling back on it by taking energy out of the water.

Stupid hippies are going to ruin the world. Something has to be done.
